The meetings will be held in Room OA.5.341 at the Main Hospital. Drive to the top of the hill to the Ocean parking lot.  Go one level down, park, and enter the hospital on the 7th floor.  Stop by the greeter’s desk and get a visitor’s badge.  If you are joining colleagues for an early dinner at the hospital (6-7 PM), the cafeteria is located on the 7th floor just a few steps to the right of the greeter’s desk, past the column with orca whales.  The meeting room number is OA.5.341 (O is for Ocean). From the 7th floor greeter’s desk, take the Whale elevator or the adjacent stairs down to the 5th floor. Walk down the hall (there’s only one way to go) to the open registration area, take a left, and go the end of that hall. OA.5.341 is the last room on the right. Bathrooms are located between the Whale elevator and the 5th floor registration area.  For those of you who arrive hungry, there is a cafeteria and a Starbuck’s Coffee in the Whale Zone on the 5th floor. There is also a Starbucks Café in the Giraffe zone that serves coffee, tea, espresso drinks, pastries, sandwiches, salads, soups, and more. The Café is open until 11pm.

If you have questions, please contact Sharon Ashman or Christine Clancy.
