Dr. Horsfall is licensed psychologist (WA and CA) and a clinical neuropsychologist who specializes in the comprehensive neuropsychological assessment of adolescents and adults (ages 9+). She maintains a private practice in Bellevue. Her areas of specialization include learning disorders, ADHD/ADD, accommodations assessment (school, college board), epilepsy, brain injury/concussion, brain tumors, and neurodevelopmental disorders (e.g., autism spectrum). In 2011, Dr. Horsfall relocated to Washington from California where she was an Assistant Professor and Co-Director of Clinical Services at the UCLA Medical Psychology Assessment Center (MPAC) at the Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior. At UCLA she was responsible for the training of all interns and postdoctoral fellows in the neuropsychology program and was the primary neuropsychologist for the neuro-rehabilitation, neurosurgery, and epilepsy services. She specialized in assessment of neurological disorders/syndromes including epilepsy, TBI, vascular disorders, memory difficulties, and brain tumors. In addition, she was one of two clinicians at UCLA who conducted Intracarotid Sodium Amobarbital Procedures (Wada Tests) and intraoperative language mapping for the neurosurgery service. Dr. Horsfall also maintained a private practice serving adolescents and adults in the West Los Angeles area.
Further experiences include social skills training, geropsychology, schizophrenia, sports medicine, and Parkinson's disease. Research interests include memory and language functions in epilepsy.
